How Rotational Dining Works
DCL's rotational dining system is elegantly simple: you have the same dinner table, the same waitstaff, and the same dining companions every night — but the restaurant rotates. Your servers get to know your preferences, dietary needs, and personalities over the sailing.
This results in service that feels genuinely personal. It's one of DCL's signature innovations and guests consistently love it.
Palo — The Adults-Only Italian Restaurant
Palo is DCL's beloved adults-only (18+) specialty restaurant, offering Northern Italian cuisine in an elegant setting with panoramic ocean views. Available on every DCL ship, Palo offers both dinner and brunch service.
The brunch is legendary — antipasto spread, made-to-order pasta, beautiful desserts, and mimosas. Both cost approximately $45 per person. Book Palo the moment your booking window opens — it fills up.
Remy (Disney Fantasy) — The Pinnacle
On the Disney Fantasy, Remy is the ultimate specialty dining experience — a French tasting menu inspired by Ratatouille in a Michelin-quality environment. Multiple courses, wine pairings, and exceptional service.
At approximately $125-150 per person, it's considered the best restaurant experience at sea by many DCL loyalists.
Dining with Dietary Restrictions
DCL excels at accommodating dietary restrictions — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, severe allergies, and more. Note your restrictions when booking and they'll be communicated to your dining team.
Your servers will confirm your needs each night and the kitchen prepares appropriate alternatives as a matter of course. DCL's accommodations for dietary restrictions are among the best in the cruise industry.
